Kaduva marks Prithviraj Sukumaran’s second collaboration with director Shaji Kailas, after the 2012-released Simhasanam. As usual, Prithviraj is in great form. Moreover, most of the time the hero opens his mouth only to utter punch lines, which would work for his ardent fans.

Performance

Performance

Vivek Oberoi, with a role that has enough meat to perform, the Bollywood actor aces the role of the antagonist and does make for a fitting villain pitted against Prithviraj. Samyuktha Menon, Arjun Ashokan, Baiju Santosh and Kalabhavan Shajohn do their supporting acts well in their limited screen presence.

Performance

Director Shaji Kailas, who is know for Mass Film making has done pretty decent job in Kaduva, it is easily Shaji Kailas’ most satisfying work since his earlier hits. The power-punched dialogues and top-level action sequences elevate the movie to another level.

BGM by Jakes Bejoy was apt for this kind of genre.  Predictabily is the actual villain here, still the makers surprise us with twists and turns, which help in building the suspense of the film.
