The most anticipated release from South India is without a doubt Vikrant Rona, directed by Kichcha Sudeep. It’s a Kannada movie that will be released internationally in a variety of languages. Sudeep’s upcoming movie is considered to be the next big thing following the enormous success of RRR and KGF Chapter 2 this year. With a current release target of 55 countries, producer-distributor Yogish Dwarakish of Dwarakish Cinema and his partners Akash Ameya Jain and Phanindra Kumar will introduce Kiccha Sudeep’s movie to the international market. The filmmaker-distributor also mentions that they currently have 1,200 confirmed screens, though this number is likely to rise in the coming days once the movie has been censored for theatrical showing in each of the markets where it is being released. The movie, which will be directed by Anup Bhandari, will debut in 3D on July 28 and be produced by Shalini and Manjunath Gowda for Shalini Artss in collaboration with Alankar Pandian of Invenio Origin. Shivakumar created the artwork for the 3D mystery thriller. Anup Bhandari, the film’s director, wrote the songs’ lyrics, and Ajaneesh Loknath created the music.
