One of the most eagerly awaited forthcoming Mollywood films is Blessy’s “Aadujeevitham,” which stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in the title role. The movie will be out March 28. A glimpse into the life of the protagonist, Najeeb (Prithviraj Sukumaran), is shown in the one minute and 34 second teaser. On March 28, Aadujeevitham, which has been under development since 2009, will finally be launched. With his hair and beard matted, Prithviraj seems to be nearly unrecognizable.
The movie is based on the best-selling Malayalam novel “Aadujeevitham,” which describes the actual story of Najeeb, a young man who left Kerala’s beautiful, green coastlines in the early 1990s to seek his fortune abroad. Notable author Benyamin wrote the book, which has been translated into twelve languages, including several that are not English. The next scene in the over one-and-a-half-minute clip has actor Prithviraj Sukumaran caring for goats. He has trouble walking, and when he looks in the mirror, he notices that his face has turned tanned from the heat and that his hair and beard are disheveled. Then, we get to witness tidbits of his life, such as times when he was at his hometown with his partner and how he got there. He must fight the intense heat, hazardous creatures like poisonous snakes, and intense sandstorms in order to get out.
The film ‘The Goat Life,’ produced by Visual Romance, has notable Arab performers including Talib al Balushi and Rik Aby in key parts with Hollywood actor Jimmy Jean-Louis and Indian actresses Amala Paul and K.R. Gokul. Winners of the Academy Award, A.R. Rahman and Resul Pookutty, respectively, are responsible for the film’s sound design and music arrangement.
