Prabhas plays Lord Ram in the Adipurush teaser, which was officially unveiled on Sunday on the Sarayu River bank in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon play important roles in the movie, which is a retelling of the Indian epic Ramayana. The movie was supposed to come out this year on August 11. Aamir Khan complimented the creators of Aadipurush for moving up the release date in order to avoid competition with Laal Singh Chaddha.

Demons are shown pouring in from all sides as Lord Ram is depicted underwater in deep meditation. As soon as we catch a peek of Saif’s Lankesh worshipping at a mountain, he prepares his arrows to shoot a few of them. His eyes are ice-blue. The woman seated at his feet witnesses him displaying his ten heads. He enters combat on a demon-dragon beast, and Lord Ram is joined by his own army, which also includes Laxman and Hanuman with the vaanar sena, on the opposing side. We see a brief sight of Kriti’s Sita swinging in a meadow while Lord Ram beams at her. Scenes of the demons and the vaanar sena fighting in Lanka are shown after that. The preview of the movie is not receiving warm reviews from online users, who label it a childish presentation akin to other similar movies they watched as kids. When Adipurush opens on January 12, 2023, alongside Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu, it would be interesting to see what type of box office debut it receives.
