Plot; Surya plays Kannabiran, the doting son of his parents, a law-abiding citizen, a fearless lawyer, and most importantly the brother of many women in his village. Cannabilan is the go-to person for any problem in the village, and no one can handle a situation like him. All is well with Cannabilan in life until the arrival of Imba (Vinai Rai), a corrupt businessman who preys on young women. When some women are caught in sexual assault, they seek the help of cannabiniran to deal with the situation. We see him playing a lawyer for justice again, but in a very different way. Unlike Chandru, Kannabiran does not only fight in court. He comes across a network of men led by wealthy and influential politician Imba (Vinai). They cheat and later harass women in relationships with intimate videos recorded without their knowledge or consent.

From Jai Bhim’s life-saving lawyer to Etharkkum Thunindhavan’s vengeful hero. Suriya proves once again that no role can beat him. After all these years it was refreshing to see him as a dhoti-wearing hero in a rural setting. Begin repeating yourself in roles that require only written verbal dialogue. Etharkum Thuninthavan tackles the important issue of women’s safety in the internet age. Director Pandiraj’s goal of creating popular entertainment with a much-needed social message is laudable. The rural performer refers to Pollachi’s 2019 sexual assault incident, which still sticks in people’s minds.

The main drawback is the predictability and the story behind the thriller, but the script as written didn’t have enough components to make it exciting. Follow your everyday style. The second half is different, the whole movie enters a completely different realm. It was interesting to watch because the emotional side of it was so heavily focused on the serious issue of women’s safety. So these crimes and how they relate to the protagonist’s family were both surprising and unexpected. and entertain the audience. There are no superfluous clichés in the second half, one additional song, but it fits with the progress. Surya’s stunning fight scenes and tough fights against villainous heroes captivate the second half. The positive of the film is the work of DOP Rathnavelu. The stunts were intense and the intent of the film was good.

Verdict; The aim of director Pandiraj to produce mainstream entertainment with a crucial social message is admirable. A well Packed Commercial Entertainer from Pandiraj with a Strong Performance of Suriya
